Opening hours.

Monday to Friday from 9:30 -14h and 17:00- 20:00h
Saturdays from 10:00 – 14h

All deliveries will be made by courier as it is the fastest and safest method.
All shipments are insured until the customer receives his package.
The costs are €12, up to an order value of up to €18,000.
For orders over €18,000, the charge is €30, up to a maximum of one kilo of gold.
Shipments of more than one kilo of gold will be sent in successive packages.
You can also pick it up at our offices, with no shipping costs, always making an appointment by calling us by phone or Whatsapp.

The customer or purchaser shall be responsible to QUILATIA METALES PRECIOSOS S.L. for accurately verifying the terms of any order placed. Once it has been made, it cannot be annulled or cancelled and will be considered as inexorable.
The right of return established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade is excluded from the purchase of gold and silver bullion and coins, in accordance with the exception established in article 45.a) of said law, which allows the exclusion of said right of return in cases in which the price is fixed depending on the fluctuations in a financial market that cannot be controlled by the seller, as in this case, in which the price will be established in accordance with and depending on the fluctuations of the London Stock Exchange fixing.

The order will not be delivered or shipped until the funds can be verified in the company’s bank account.

At the moment the maximum is 1,000 euros per day per person.

Purchases can be paid for by credit card in our shops.
When paying by card, a commission of 0.7% of the total amount to be paid is applied.
